Story #85

Q: How did you decide on your undergraduate course of study?

A: I wanted to be a writer, so I thought that was the closest major to take.

Q: In retrospect, what did you think were the most useful lessons/ skills/ knowledge you'd gained from your undergraduate education?

A: Not too many takeaways, but probably opportunities to take on different genres of writing.

Q: How has your undergraduate education influenced your career choice?

A: Not really, I wanted to make use of my time in university to take on interesting modules and courses - for interest rather than for a potential career.

Q: Briefly describe your current job scope.

A: Creative conceptualisation for video content, as well as copywriting.

Q: To what extent is your current job related to your undergraduate course of study?

A: Somewhat related.

Q: What are some additional areas you wish your undergraduate education could have covered?

A: More tangible exposure to the industry rather than a more theoretical and academic approach.
