A: Interest.

A: Research, and ability to solve problems independently.

A: Exposure to this field through internship indirectly cultivated my interest and led me to this field.

A: Develop new process technologies to improve radio-frequency (RF) chip performances.

A: Totally related - I acquired the skills required to perform the job through my undergraduate education/ The course was a pre-requisite for my job.
