A: (i) Communication skills, (ii) Group work, (iii) Role play and discussion.

A: Further exploration in health setting to see what could be the prevention measures.

A: Financial assistance, counselling, care planning, mediation...

A: Totally related - I acquired the skills required to perform the job through my undergraduate education/ The course was a pre-requisite for my job.

A: Ethical decision making.
