Q: How did you decide on your undergraduate course of study?
A: Trial & error. Trying out modules & saw what was of the greatest interest.
Q: In retrospect, what did you think were the most useful lessons/ skills/ knowledge you'd gained from your undergraduate education?
A: 1. The choice of your degree has little effect on your chosen career path, unless you want it it to. 2. Soft skills (essay-writing, thinking critically) & trade skills (copywriting, film-making) are much more important than passing exams or theoretical knowledge.
Q: How has your undergraduate education influenced your career choice?
A:N.A.
Q: Briefly describe your current job scope.
A: Copywriting, writing marketing copy, longform writing, community management, writing for the web, media monitoring, design.
Q: To what extent is your current job related to your undergraduate course of study?
A: Not related at all - Majority of the skills required to perform my current job was acquired through on-the-job training.
Q: What are some additional areas you wish your undergraduate education could have covered?
A: 1. How to handle money & debt. 2. How to chose your long-term career. 3. How to manage stress.
