Q: How did you decide on your undergraduate course of study?
A: I wanted to do Math, but when I submitted my application for NUS, I saw Math and Computer Science in the dropdown menu and thought "Hey 2 for the price of 1!", so I took that instead as my first choice.Somehow I got into Math and Computer Science, but I realised Math in college was too tough, so I decided to stick with Computer Science.
Q: In retrospect, what did you think were the most useful lessons/ skills/ knowledge you'd gained from your undergraduate education?
A: I learnt a hard skill in my undergraduate education (how to program), so that helped a lot.
Q: How has your undergraduate education influenced your career choice?
A: Yes. It gave me the skills to do my current job.
Q: Briefly describe your current job scope.
A: Developing features for Amazon Prime.
Q: To what extent is your current job related to your undergraduate course of study?
A: Totally related - I acquired the skills required to perform the job through my undergraduate education/ The course was a pre-requisite for my job.
