Story #75

January 13, 2018

Q: How did you decide on your undergraduate course of study?

A: I always thought of studying literature during secondary school, and made the decision to pursue my passions with the support of my mother. I was also guided by the understanding that you don't necessarily end up doing what you studied in uni as a career.

Q: In retrospect, what did you think were the most useful lessons/ skills/ knowledge you'd gained from your undergraduate education?

A: Analytical and comprehension skills, I think studying literature preps you for that.

Q: How has your undergraduate education influenced your career choice?

A: Literature and writing are synonymous, but I think my interests swayed my career and degree choice.

Q: Briefly describe your current job scope.

A: Writing long-form content, mainly!

Q: To what extent is your current job related to your undergraduate course of study?

A: Somewhat related.

Q: What are some additional areas you wish your undergraduate education could have covered?

A: N.A.
